One time we had to stay in Denver to do some business. We were right there in downtown Denver! We had to stay a couple of days and all I wanted to do was go home and be in my mountains. When we walked around all I could think of was the flowers and the river. I am not a city girl. I'v only lived in a big city for maybe 6 months and that was in Tempe, AZ. I've lived in the mountains for almost 30 years. There is nothing like the solitude, the hiking, the river, the flowers, the night skies. It is not for everyone but it certainly is for me.
